Shipping & Returns

We currently only offer delivery within the UK and Europe. As stated, items are usually despatched within five working days of receipt of cleared payment. Our items are sent by one of the following methods depending on weight and value - Royal Mail First Class; Royal Mail Second Class; Royal Mail Standard Parcels or via our courier, Interlink Express. Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airsure or Interlink Express. All items are insured for your peace of mind. Postage and packing costs are automatically calculated at checkout, at which time you will be offered a choice of delivery method where available. You may view the shipping costs prior to placing your order by clicking on the 'estimate shipping' button.

Refunds and Returns

If an item is found to be faulty on receipt you must notify us in writing, by post or fax or by email. This written notification must be received by us no later than seven working days after delivery. We will then offer a full refund or a replacement as preferred. Items should be returned to us in an 'as received' condition with no visible signs of wear and tear. We will refund any reasonable postage costs incurred by the return of damaged goods or in the case of large items arrange for their collection.

Warranty

In addition to your statuary rights in force at the time of purchase most items are also covered by the manufacturers warranty where applicable. All items sold by us are garenteed for 12 months from the date of reciept against manufacturing defects or failure during normal use strictly in accordance with any instructions provided.

Customers are reminded that any modifications to your goods carried out by anyone other than an authorised dealer may affect both your statutary rights and any warranties given.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time up to seven working days of receipt simply by notifying us in writing, by post or fax or by email. This written notification must be received by us no later than seven working days after delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in a re-saleable condition. If your order has already been dispatched you are responsible for paying the correct postage for its return and you are responsible for the cancelled goods until we have received them. We will refund the relevant price of the cancelled goods including the original delivery costs as soon as possible and in any event no later than 30 days receipt of the cancellation notification . Regrettably, in the event of order cancellation your return postage costs are not refundable.
