Conditions of Use

Payment
We accept payment in GBP by debit/credit card or from a PayPal account. We will also accept payment by cheque or postal order, made payable to SVO. Our items will be dispatched within five working days of receipt of payment, although where payment is made by cheque we regret that the goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared. Please note that Emma's Candle Emporium does not make a charge for payments received via card or PayPal.

Refunds and Returns
If an item is found to be faulty on delivery it may be returned to us for a full refund or a replacement as preferred. Items should be returned to us in an 'as received' condition with no visible signs of wear and tear. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please advise us in advance via e-mail, post or fax within seven working days of receipt. We will refund any additional postage costs incurred by the return of damaged items.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to seven working days from receipt simply by notifying us in writing, by post or fax or by e-mail. This written notification must be received by us no later than seven working days after delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in a re-saleable condition. If your order has already been dispatched you are responsible for paying the correct postage for its return and you are responsible for the cancelled goods until we have received them. We will refund the relevant price of the cancelled goods including the original delivery costs as soon as possible and in any event no later than 30 days after receipt of the cancellation notification. Regrettably in the event of order cancellation, your return postage costs are not refundable.
