Shipping & Returns

Delivery
We currently only offer delivery within the UK and Europe. Items are usually despatched within five working days of receipt of cleared payment. Our items are sent by one of the following methods depending on weight and value - Royal Mail First Class; Royal Mail Second Class; Royal Mail Standard Parcels or via our courier, Interlink Express. Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airsure or Interlink Express, depending on weight. Postage and packing are automatically calculated during checkout, and we will obtain any additional insurance that we deem necessary. You may view the shipping costs prior to placing your order by clicking the 'estimate shipping' button. Please contact us if you require any special shipping arrangements and we will do our best to assist.

Refunds and Returns
If an item is found to be faulty on delivery it may be returned to us for a full refund or a replacement as preferred. Items should be returned to us in an 'as received' condition with no visible signs of wear and tear. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please advise us in advance via e-mail, post or fax within seven working days of receipt. We will refund any additional postage costs incurred by the return of damaged items.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time for up to seven working days of receipt simply by notifying us in writing, by post or fax or by e-mail. This written notification must be received by us no later than seven working days after delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in a resaleable condition. If your order has already been dispatched you are responsible for paying the correct postage for its return and you are responsible for the cancelled goods until we have received them. We will refund the relevent price of the cancelled goods, including the original delivery costs, as soon as possible and in any event no later than 30 days after the receipt of the cancellation notification. Regrettably in the event of order cancellation, your return postage costs are not refundable.
